It's ok to feel sad, it's good to cry it out..
Keeping it all inside isn't healthy...
You can't keep it locked away forever.
Talk to somebody...
Things never seem quite so bad when you share them!
People care about you more than you think.
You DO matter.
Write down how you are feeling, 
read those words back and talk to yourself 
as you would to a good friend in that situation.
Things WILL get better, you WILL get through this.
You have been through so much already 
and have come out the other side just fine!
Life is too short to hold onto sadness or bitterness.
Cherish your happy memories and make new ones!
Life is for living!
